About Our Founder

Jesal Prabaker is the Founder and CEO of Optimized GC, a legal advisory and execution firm that partners with companies to design and scale in-house legal and compliance infrastructure.

With over 13 years of experience as an in-house legal leader, Jesal brings a rare combination of strategic insight and operational rigor. She has built legal and privacy infrastructure that enables scale, accelerates revenue, and reduces operational friction. At Marigold, Jesal served as General Counsel for a multi-brand SaaS portfolio, where she stood up legal, privacy, and compliance functions from scratch—designing systems that supported rapid growth while keeping risk in check.

Jesal also led legal and compliance integration for nine acquisitions, establishing a centralized Legal & Privacy Center of Excellence that aligned contracts, policies, privacy frameworks, and risk protocols across newly acquired entities. Under her leadership, legal turnaround times were cut in half, contract risk was streamlined through targeted playbooks and escalation paths, and the legal function became a partner to revenue, not a blocker.

With CIPP/E and CIPM certifications, Jesal aligns legal strategy to business momentum while staying ahead of evolving risks in SaaS, privacy, and AI.
